The Buyuk Samarkand Restaurant

Home Restaurants

Buyuk Samarkand is the hallmark of the Eternal City.

The restaurant accommodates up to 400 people and is suitable for hosting banquet events in the national Uzbek style. The menu focuses on Uzbek cuisine and traditional Eastern recipes. The dishes are prepared from local products, absorbing the bright sun and fresh air, to preserve the authenticity of flavors and cooking techniques.

The pride of the restaurant is its magnificent design, created by the modern Uzbek artist Bobur Ismailov. Thanks to his work, modern motifs and traditional elements of Uzbek art are harmoniously combined, and the 8-meter columns add grandeur to this place, truly breathtaking!
