Please note that from 1 January 2023 a tourist (hotel) tax applies in the Republic of Uzbekistan:
— 0.4% of the BCA* (currently UZS 1,648) per person per night — for citizens of Uzbekistan and
stateless persons permanently residing in the republic;
— 15% of the BCA* (currently UZS 61,800) per person per night — for foreign citizens.
Children under 16 (regardless of citizenship) are exempt from the tourist tax.
*BCA — base calculation amount.
The tax is paid separately at the front desk upon check-in, based on the guest's passport details.
Please present a passport, or a birth certificate for children under 16, at check-in.
